Culterate is a digital art and literary magazine in culture and history.
In August 2024, we made an Instagram post that started it all. Four months later, we've successfully released two issues, receiving over 200 submissions and publishing 75 of them, featuring 66 authors from 23 different countries.

OUR PROJECTS
We release issues periodically throughout the year. The timeline for a single issue generally spans two months, which includes one month for open submissions, followed by two weeks for polishing and editing, and another two weeks for issue curation.
Alongside curating issues, we have a dedicated team of blog writers for Culterate Blog. We're committed to regularly publishing articles and interviews to further deepen the conversations about literature, culture, history, and their intersections with contemporary societal issues.
We're run entirely by volunteers.
From editors to bloggers, we exist thanks to the tireless dedication of all of our volunteers.
