As we navigate through the voids and missing pieces left in the wake of Covid-19, we have gleaned invaluable lessons of loss, grief, and above all, hope. In this issue, we invite you to reflect on the modern tragedy, that is the pandemic, alongside other historical instances when humanity was faced with adversity – times when the only way forward was to fight back.
